I love working with people like you: teenager, ladies/women from 20 to 75 who are ambitious and able to do what it takes to c. You get fulfilment, and enjoyment from less stress and anxiety….but right now you are struggling. Not because you can’t do each of the things required of you, but because there’s too many things: work thing, family things and more.
I know, both from firsthand experience, and the experiences of the many clients I’ve worked with, how easy it is to feel like you’re failing – that you’re obviously not good enough if, not smart enough despite being intelligent and able, you can’t achieve the success you want. You don't fill loved or are beating yourself up for pass mistakes and more, just feeling off, out of control. I want to help you to feel in control of the rest of your life at the same time, in a way that leaves you with the time to relax, do more of what you love, just become a better you.
You know you’d be capable of achieving success if that was the only thing you had to focus on, but it isn’t. You have home/family/friends work responsibilities, and you want time to relax and enjoy life for yourself and yet however much you want it, you just can’t seem to make it happen.
Instead, what you’re experiencing is:

out of control – a never-ending list of things you can't accomplish. That you feel ashamed about pass problems not being able to get to the bottom of.

Business priorities drifting because you can never get the combination of time, confidence and energy together at once to focus on them, spending most of your time fighting just to stay on top of things

Guilt about not having the time to interact with your children, elderly parents yourself.

And guilt too about spending time with the children or of yourself worried about who you are letting down, or who is finally going to discover you actually a fraud.
You may even be starting to feel like you just don’t deserve to be love tol be happy.
One thing’s for sure: You want something to change, it must change, but you have absolutely no idea how to change it.
The good news is, I do. And you have found me.
I’m changing myself, and I’ve helped lots of others make the change too: The change from stressed and exhausted to be in control, calm and achieving happiness. I may be a work in progress but what's better someone who understands what you are going through or someone that doing it by the book.

My coaching practice is based in the United States. you can make an appointment for office visit or by phone. I will be as flexible as I can be scheduling appointments because I know you are busy; you don't need me to put more stress or anxiety on your shoulders
